10.0Central location, new building... all that you need
− There is only a small sofa for sleeping so just for single using

10.0Es ist ein kleines, aber sehr modernes Apartment mit allem, was man braucht. Nur der Wasserkocher war kaputt, ansonsten alles gut. Man muss zwar die Couch ausziehen, um dann ein Bett zu haben, aber das geht sehr einfach. Das Bad ist super, die Dusche toll und es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäscheständer für den Balkon. Vor dem Haus habe ich immer einen Parkplatz gefunden.
− Direkt daneben ist eine Baustelle.

8.0Просторная комната, тихо и уютно.
− Чайник сломан и нужно было кипятить воду в кастрюльке)) Вид из окна прекрасный, но три стройки конечно временно портят этот вид. Хотя для меня это не было важным, я только ночевала и при закрытом балконе шума на было слышно.

10.0Jelena was great! I had some unfortunate travel plan changes and she was very accommodating and understanding. Location is perfect, close to the main area but far enough to be quiet at night. The fold out couch was surprisingly larger and more comfortable than I expected.
− There was quite a bit of construction noise throughout the day because new buildings are going up, but something like that can't be helped, and I'm used to it.
