Great unit, pool and beach but poor quality care from our host
6.0This is a beautiful building with a great pool and beach. The units were built to have a view toward the ocean and a relatively private entry. There are two bedrooms and a small third bedroom which appears to have been converted into an extra bedroom for the kids. We very much enjoyed the building and location!
− The hosts were not organized well. The person who replied to our contacts was inefficient and never arrived to help us with issues. The power went out one evening because they hadn't paid for enough power for the week. Because the building office was closed, we had to wait until the following day to have power and our food and my son's medicine were unable to be cooled. I also could not use my CPAP to sleep that night. They got the power turned on again the next day, but the person who coordinated blamed my use of the air conditioner and stated she would forward me a copy of the kilowatt usage if I had questions. Additionally the disposal was broken the entire time and had smelly food from a prior tenant. They never came to check or fix this and we had to cover it with something to avoid smell in the unit during the week. There were several other more minor issues that I will not mention here. They also report having a grill, but there was no propane. I called daily for 3-4 days and they never came to refill that, even asking me to wait in the unit once for an hour, and then no showing for that time window. Extremely poor service!
