− Wilgoć, ilość kluczy.To pomieszczenie absolutnie nie może być klasyfikowane jako 4* Parter bez izolacji..jeśli okno jest zamknięte na noc rano woda leje się po szybie. Poziom wilgoci nie akceptowalny w pomieszczeniu na wynajem. Kłopot mniejszy ale...uciążliwy..klucze.. 5 kluczy do obsługi..drzwi wejściowe i krata.. Drzwi na balkon....i krata. Drzwi z osiedla... To jest chore.
