Großer Pool, bemühter Vermieter, sehr große Wohnung mit Wasserfilter, gut ausgestattet.

− Die Gegend und Umgebung waren schmutzig und am verfallen. Die Möbel in der Wohnung waren abgenutzt, Toilettenpapier ging am ersten Tag schon aus, es war nicht sauber geputzt. Es war sehr laut, die Nachbarn sind nachtaktiv und die Wände sehr hellhörig. Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb, d.h. es sind ca 1 km bis zu Strand, Bank und Markt.

Large comfortable apartment, large pool and walking distance to town

We’ve stayed in this complex a few times before and know what to expect. Large spacious apartments with lovely big relaxing pool (that you often have all to yourselves). Location is walking distance to the ferry, night markets, Kuah Town, local shops etc. This apartment was comfortable, the ac worked very well, a good functional kitchen, comfortable beds and couches. The security staff are very friendly and helpful.

− Be aware there is a 160RM deposit on arrival, less a 10RM handling fee. On arrival you are expected to agree to quite a few rules, including no pork products or shoes to be brought into the apartment, both we were fine with, but if you wanted to drink alcohol you needed to do it on the balcony using your own glass. This request was a bit odd given Langkawi is yes in a Muslim country, but also yes a duty free island selling duty free alcohol absolutely everywhere. Made us question if this apartment would be better marketed to Muslim guests only?? Overall a wonderful stay though despite all the rules.
