9.0The area & b&b are stunning. A lovely smell throughout, lovely linen, towels and toiletries. Spotless clean. Breakfast was fab and Mel was so professional. The views were breathtaking and Arley is a hidden gem we will be back!!!
− Booked a room with patio doors(I can be a little clausterphobic) but there wasnt access outside due to a glass screen? Couldn't really see the reason for this? Room was a little hot but can only blame the weather ! There was a fan in room. A bath mat would be useful, for shower over bath & possibly a handrail for us oldies😁 but the only negatives
Perfect for what we needed!
10.0Was easy to find, lovely and quiet. Staff were helpful. Room was very clean, the bottled water in the fridge was a bonus!
− The heating was on the entire time, we managed to turn it down within our room however was extremely hot!

9.0Nice room, easy access, friendly manager who was keen to make sure we had everything we needed.
− Had to use bottled water but understand the problem and best to be safe until system checked. Shower control didn't work.
