Everything was perfect and was exactly same as advertised. Just loved the service, the way they deal while hosting.

Clean and comfortable for a few nights, very close to public transport and supermarket

Location good for buses and trains. Handy supermarket nearby. Beds comfortable (although sofa bed heavy to put up and down so just slept on sofa part which was wide enough). Washing up liquid, tea towels, bin bags as well as some coffee, tea bags and biscuits and condiments provided in kitchen. In bathroom, liquid soap, toilet rolls provided. Clean linens. Overall clean.

− Would have appreciated more cooking utensils, the only saucepan didn't have a lid and there was no kitchen knife or vegetable peeler, only very large knives unsuitable for chopping vegetables. Would have liked a steamer or metal colander to put in pan to steam vegetables - who boils vegetables these days? The tea/coffee cups were too small so you couldn't make yourself a nice big cup or tea or coffee only very small ones. Otherwise, Plenty of cutlery and crockery. There was no table lamp near to the sofa bed so that you could read in bed or if you wanted to get up at night, you had to walk to the wall switch on the other side of the room. The floor lamp in the living room gave off a strange, unpleasant light so not useful. Bathroom only accessible through living room so anyone getting up in the night would have to pass through living room and sofa bed to get to bathroom. Would be great for couples sharing main bedroom but less so for those needing to make use of sofa bed due to the open plan nature of the property. Noise from traffic and trains at night, particularly in the living room (less so in the main bedroom).

Great location and easy to find and check in. The flat was very clean, comfortable and cozy, it felt like a home away from home for the few days we were there. A heatwave started during our stay and thankfully there were fans in the cupboard! Great communication from the host too. It really is a lovely little place and worth remembering if we're in the area again.

− The boiler trips if left on too long and has to be reset - for most people this won't be a problem as there's an electric shower, and there'd be enough hot water to run the kitchen and bathroom taps. But we stayed here as we required a bath for health reasons, and the boiler didn't like that. We were still able to get everything done so it wasn't a major problem, but worth mentioning.
