10.0the cottage was set off the road up a gravel track next to the main house. access great with a gate closed through the bight. was exceptionally clean and well presented. we are looking forward to staying again very soon !

10.0Our 2nd time here & we had the most wonderful family break. There is nothing Jenny & Steve haven’t thought of to make the Annexe a home from home & beyond. Beautiful home, glorious garden & surroundings & lovely lake. Chickens, ducks & turkeys. This stay has something for everyone & truly 10/10.

10.0The accommodation was excellent, it literally has everything you would need to have a fantastic time away, very well equipped and it was spotless. Jenny and Steve were the perfect hosts, and even let us hold the chickens and have there fresh eggs. It was great to watch the ducks on the lake, feed the horses and walk around the beautiful rural property. We had such a great time we stayed an extra night, we would definitely return to the beautiful Littleton farm barns
