Een erg teleurstellend verblijf door slechte voorzieningen en communicatie.
3.0Het hotel was wel schoon.
− De wifi werkte niet, wat erg frustrerend is voor een buitenlandse toerist die websites moet bezoeken. De kamer was superwarm omdat er een probleem was met de airconditioning, en er was veel geluidsoverlast in de buurt. Daarnaast zaten er veel muggen in de kamer. Tot slot sprak niemand Engels, wat de communicatie heel moeilijk maakte omdat ze alleen officieel Chinees spraken."

− Booked 3 non smoking rooms but 2 of them had a very strong cigarette smell. We had to change rooms because of how bad it was.

− A lot of broken stuffs, toilet and bath is combine, so after shower toilet is all be wetted. Also the towel and bed are unclean got some marks on it

9.0Doskonała lokalizacja w samym centrum, blisko jeziora i atrakcji. Tuż obok liczne sklepy i restauracje. Hotel nowy, czysty, zadbany. Pokój hotelowy typowy, ciężko się do czegoś przyczepić. Śniadanie w chińskim stylu, późnym wieczorem jest również darmowy bufet, jednak bardzo bardzo skromny.
− Ciężko znaleźć wejście do hotelu, który jest tylko częścią całego kompleksu budynków. Brakowało hotelowego baru.
