Drie airco's in het huisje, de rust, het hele grote zwembad wat bijna een privé zwembad is. Er zijn immers maar twee vakantiehuizen en de eigenaar woont er in een groot huis. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. Zoals al eerder opgemerkt is, de werkelijkheid is mooier dan op de foto's

− De douchecabine was wel erg klein.

L’hôte est très serviable et sympathique. La piscine est particulièrement grande et se situe dans un joli parc arboré. Le logement est bien équipé et les lits sont confortables.

− La douche est très étroite. Il y a beaucoup de guêpes et de fourmis sur la terrasse, ce qui peut perturber les repas pris à l’extérieur.

Miejsce jest niesamowite. Duży, prywatny park, piękny basen. Domek z klimatyzacją w każdym pokoju, wyposażenie więcej niż wzorowe. W kuchni mnóstwo talerzy, szklanek, garnków i przyborów kuchennych. Mieliśmy nawet kapsułki do prania i płyn do płukania (!), zestaw przeciw komarom, ręczniki, ręczniki na basen i tak dalej. Doskonały kontakt z właścicielami. Do centrum dojazd autobusem, przystanek kilka minut od domków. Można dojechać bezpośrednio pod muzea watykańskie, do centrum przesiadka - najlepiej na metro.

− Najbliższa okolica obiektu do typowe przedmieścia Rzymu. A przedmieścia Rzymu pozostawiają wiele do życzenia jeżeli chodzi o czystość. Dla jasności - na terenie obiektu czystość jest wzorowa, za to co dzieje się na zewnątrz właściciele nie odpowiadają. I też dla jasności - jeżeli zatrzymujcie się poza centrum Rzymu musicie być na takie warunki gotowi - niezależnie od obiektu który wybierzecie. Tutaj macie jednak jako atut wspaniałych i pomocnych właścicieli.

Fantastisch paradijsje vlakbij het centrum van Rom

Wat een geweldige plek is dit! Op korte afstand van het drukke centrum van Rome waan je je hier ver van de stad in de natuur. Rust, in groene omgeving met uitstekende faciliteiten en een fantastische gastvrouw. Het grote landhuis waar zij woont staat prachtig aan het einde van de imposante oprit, die wordt afgesloten met grote ijzeren deuren naar de openbare weg. Als gast krijg je een afstandsbediening om ze openen. In de enorme tuin twee losse huisje, 1 naast het zwembad en de andere 30 meter verderop. De inrichting is compleet. Je kunt er zo gaan wonen, inclusief koffie en gevulde keukenkastjes. Schoon en voorzien airconditioning in alle ruimtes. Als je echt een verbeterpunt wil zoeken is de douchecabine erg klein. Wij pasten er eigenlijk niet goed in. Bij de inrichting was het waarschijnlijk kiezen tussen een bidet of een normale maat douchecabine. Het bidet won. Maar laat het niet weerhouden want het is hier uitmuntend. De gastvrijheid van eigenaresse kent geen grenzen, we mochten gratis onze auto bijladen, en ze hielp met de taxi. Vertelde honderduit en gaf waardevolle tips over de omgeving, horeca en praktische zaken. Oh ja, er is zelfs een wasmachine! Omdat het lastig is om vanuit de accommodatie lopend de metro te bereiken kozen we ervoor om telkens met de auto naar parkeerplaats Carpark Battistinni te rijden, binnen 10 minuten, en daar op de metro te stappen bij station Batistinni. Maar er zijn meer mogelijkheden, lopen naar de bushalte of trein kan ook. Tenslotte, het zwembad was ook fantastisch! Wij dromen nu al na over een volgend bezoek want veel beter dan dit wordt het niet!

Beautiful relaxing stay

Danielle was lovely and so quick to reply with answers, advice and guidance. She absolutely went out her way to help organise excursions and recommend the best possible places to eat / see and how to get there etc. The villa had everything we needed and was great value for money, beds were memory foam and very comfortable. The air conditioning was a big bonus as it was so warm. It felt lovely and safe with the big automatic gates and only one other villa on site (along with the hosts house). Plenty of space and Woodland House had lovely privacy too being slightly set back from the pool. Calm, quiet and relaxing stay, beautifully maintained gardens and surrounding areas around the pool. Couldn't believe how warm the pool was and how big it was too! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a quiet stay!! Be prepared to spend money on taxi's as most things are a good 10 minute walk away and in the heat it was very draining and sweaty! Taxis we booked through Uber and The Vatican City and centre of Rome was around €30 each way. We also hired a car but didn't fancy driving to the centre of Rome, super useful for trips to the beach and supermarkets etc. We would love to have stayed much longer and hope to return soon, thank you!!

− Mosquitoes! The villa is equipped with plug ins and some coil deterants for outside but my husband and daughter were eaten alive on the first night - bring lots of spray deterrent and antihistamines and not just for dusk/ evening, we did get the odd bite through the day too.
