10.0Was hat Ihnen an der Unterkunft gefallen? Grosszügige Wohnung, Modern und geschmackvoll möbliert. Küche gross mit Essbereich und gut ausgestattet. Alles blitzsauber. Gemütlicher grosser Balkon mit Pfänderblick. Lage bestens, mitten in der Innenstadt, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ums Eck. Verdunklungsmöglichkeit überall vorhanden. Kommunikation sehr freundlich, schnelle und kompetente Hilfe bei kleinen Problemen. Hier würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

− It’s not only the property we are renting when we are travelling but we expect and owe a Good attitude, friendliness, warm welcome and details about the property from the hosts. During my stay at this property I felt the non Cooperative and harsh attitude by the hosts. They are not ready to respond your query. Only they give you details about how to get the keys of appartment. No details how to use WiFi where to dispose garbage etc. for four people we got only two old pale towels. I think this is not the way to do business. I will never recommend this property

8.0Schön groß, schöner Balkon, smart TV, Badewanne, Kaffeemaschine, Fahrstuhl.
− Kommunikation schwierig - ans Telefon geht erst niemand ran, dann redet man mit einem Bot - geholfen wurde mir leider erst nach der Abreise. Das Thema - es gab keinen Hinweis auf das WLAN und denn Kennwort. Sowohl der Bot am Telefon als auch ein Mitarbeiter gaben mir eine falsche Information.
