Accoglienza deludente, panorama non basta.
1.0É tutto passato in secondo piano dopo la scarsa accoglienza.
− Purtroppo la nostra esperienza non è stata positiva. Dopo un viaggio di 4 ore, siamo arrivati un’ora prima del check-in e la proprietaria ci ha fatto attendere circa 10 minuti sotto il sol leone perché impegnata in una telefonata, senza salutarci o invitarci ad accomodarci; cosa che ho fatto notare senza mezzi termini. Personalmente ho trovato questo comportamento poco professionale e poco attento verso gli ospiti, soprattutto considerando il prezzo pagato: 184€ (CENTOOTTANTAQUATTRO EURO) per una sola notte. Al momento della partenza, dopo aver riconsegnato le chiavi, la proprietaria è salita subito ai piani superiori scambiando solo un mezzo saluto senza nemmeno aspettare la nostra partenza, cosa che ho percepito come poco cordiale. Anche in questo caso volevo far notare l'atteggiamento sbagliato alla propriet aria ma ho voluto togliere l'occasione. A mio parere, la struttura si affida principalmente alla bellezza del panorama, ma l’accoglienza e il rapporto qualità- prezzo non hanno soddisfatto le nostre aspettative.

Sin duda volveremos
10.0El apartamento está recién reformado y lo encontramos muy limpio. Las vistas desde la terraza son impresionantes. Livia muy atenta en todo momento. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia y si volvemos a visitar Castellabate, sin duda repetiremos.
