Great position. Great appliances.

− The layout was odd. Partitioned wall to second bedroom with drop down bed and the second bathroom was up towards the other end of the place. No water in the fridge for ice & water maker when we arrived. The BBQ gas ran out half way through cooking our first BBQ. Black "0" ring was stuck in the bottle which means a new "0" ring would need to be fitted to the flexible hose before it could be used again. Toilet roll and hand towel holders are loose and need to be adjusted. An extra key was promised but never delivered. Couch covers are getting stained. Need laundering.

The stay was drama free and quite a pleasant aspect from the balcony. Merimbula is a beautiful spot

Close to town. Ease of parking and access to unit. Good coffee place across the road. Kitchen well equipped.

− Height of bed was challenging. I am short and nearly 80 so husband had to buy a stepstool to allow me to access bed. The couch in the main sitting area very uncomfortable. In pictures of property on line it showed a leather recliner and couch with recliner aspect for 2. Being on a main thorough fare the noise during night was annoying but not unbearable. Apart from that no complaints.

It could have been better with a bit more attention to detail.

The property has a lot of potential, however, there are several things lacking. Location is perfect although a bit noisy from hotel next door late at night. Outdoor was great view but chairs were wet and could not be used for two days

− Beds are uncomfortable and sleeper coach was a joke maybe suitable for an infant. Rooms are hot with no fans and aircon only in main area. Coffee machine did not work properly. Junk in drawers and in arbitrary room near entrance. Not enough toilet paper to start off with and dishwashing tablets etc.

Large apartment, well equipped, central to Merimbula. Easy parking. A view of the lake.

− It’s on a busy main road above an outdoors store in Merimbula.

Loved our stay, and would certainly stay again if the opportunity arose.

Luxurious accommodation, that was very comfortable, with all amenities provided. The apartment was large, with magnificent views over the water from the balcony. Ideally located for access to restaurants & cafes, and within easy walking distance to supermarkets.

− Nothing to dislike.

Overall, lovely place to stay.

Great central location and views. Decorated very nicely.

− We found the glasses to be dirty and had to wash them. There was no ice cube trays.
