Very poor on arrival, we just had to make it work.

Estate has lovely security, its a quiet area and apartment would be good on it own if presented appropriately. I do really appreciate that we were allowed to drop off a suitcase earlier than check in time, but Im a little confused what actual check in time could have been, since check out time described in the booking.com and later in messages didn't matched. Good wifi.

− It was mostly disappointing that the property wasn't clean, or cleaned after last guests. The bedsheets seemed changed, but old rubbish in the bin, ashes in a cup, dusty, unsweaped floor gave me a lot of anxiety at what hygiene level is the bedding, even some forgotten personal items in the bathroom were left, as well as soaked and dirty bathrooms mats…. Towels had bleach stains and some spikes stuck to it. We didn't got the exact apartment that was in the pictures, the listing also had 9.2 rating when I was booking it and it was so far from anything like that on arrival. Some amenities seemed broken. Dishwasher have flooded when used, terrace furniture was dirty and broken (table didn't had a table top), as well as the shutters, luckily its a gated estate, otherwise the apartment isn't too safe. Kitchen was also very poorly equipped, no kettle or any sort of coffee maker. Not mandatory to provide, but again, far far from a property rated at 9.2.

Le calme a l’intérieur de la résidence. Le jardin est très bien entretenu. La propreté de l’appartement qui est également bien équipé. Merci au propriétaire pour son hospitalité.

The apartment is very neat and clean, and it looks really nice exactly as in the pictures. All the furnitures are new and work properly. I liked the wall painting a lot. The neighbors are all kind and friendly. The location is great because it's in the mountain where there is the quietness, while being close to the beach, which is only 600 meters away. The best part in the story was Madam Khadija. She made sure everything was perfect for us and always answered our calls whenever we needed any information. My kids and we were very happy with our holiday, and whenever we think about visiting the area again, we now know exactly where we'll stay.
