− Værelserne er meget små og ikke med de faciliteter som er beskrevet. Det burde fremgå tydeligt at der er tale om små værelser med delte faciliteter. Dertil er der meget lydt på stedet. Ingen respons fra vært ved henvendelse!

Great location. Really small bathroom. Couldn’t figure out how to set the thermostat.

Good location. Nice kitchen and washer/dryer.

− Small room and really small bathroom. We could not figure out how to use the thermostats despite numerous attempts. A simple instruction plaque on the wall for the thermostat would have been helpful. Room was very hot unless you kept the balcony door open. Pillows were very soft and only 1 per bed. This made it uncomfortable to watch tv in bed. A firmer pillow or two pillows would have helped.

Great location, quiet although expensive for a tiny room and to be sharing a kitchen with others.

Great quiet location in Torshavn, the use of the coffee and coffee machine was appreciated.

− Okay you receive your keys via lock box which is fine, however it advertises it as reception staff speak English. (There is no reception). You get a small room with a fridge, sink, bed and tiny shower/toilet room. There is no wardrobe in the room as written on the front page. Lots of chopping boards however no sharp knives to use for cooking, it appears they must be in one of the bedrooms. There was no-where to recycle, I found a green recycling bin however it was full to the top with water. The bedding needed updated, it was bobbly and I get finding long dark brown hairs which were neither of ours. The shower is small and the toilet gets very wet from it. No control over the heating, the thermostats do not work as a battery symbol shows and the temperature sits around a balmy 24oC, thankfully can be regulated by the cool Faroese air.

− Køkkenet var dårligt udrustet. Intet internet og kun enkelte tyske tv-kanaler. Sengene var hårde og puderne meget små. Elevator fungerede ikke optimalt.
