Poor attention by management and skimping on necessary cleaning products eg. Only 1 dishwasher tablet !
3.0Location Excellent
− 1st bedroom had no curtains or blinds at window . Immediately on wall outside was a street light which was working throughout the night . 2nd bedroom had a non retractable blind fitted to an external door . Only glass in the room . Result was no external outlook or ventilation in room . The blind problem was evident upon our arrival but management after 3 days of complaint stated it could not be attended to until the following week when we would have departed.

10.0Pobyt w Desenzano był absolutnie wyjątkowy. Już na wejściu przywitała nas Pani Margarita – uśmiechnięta, serdeczna i niezwykle pomocna. Pokazała nam cały obiekt, opowiedziała o każdym szczególe, a na każde nasze pytanie miała gotową, trafną wskazówkę. Była po prostu fantastyczna – dzięki niej od pierwszej minuty czuliśmy się jak u siebie. Sam apartament zachwyca: czyściutki, pachnący nowością, świetnie wyposażony – wszystko, czego można potrzebować, było na miejscu. Każde pomieszczenie klimatyzowane, urządzone ze smakiem i w idealnym stanie. Do tego lokalizacja pierwszorzędna: blisko centrum, a jednocześnie spokojnie i komfortowo. To miejsce zdecydowanie zasługuje na najwyższą ocenę – zarówno ze względu na standard, jak i wyjątkową opiekę Pani Margarity. Chętnie wrócimy ponownie.
Fabulous Apartment
10.0Fabulous quiet location 5 minute walk to the Lake & Ferries. The Apartment is so well fitted out absolutely everything you would need, highly recommend it. Also the Staff were so lovely & helpful.

10.0Verten møtte oss i leiligheten og gikk igjennom det vi trengte av info om leiligheten. Var også behjelpelig med info om utflukter, restauranter, matbutikker ol. Møtte oss også når vi skulle reise. God kontakt før og under oppholdet. Meget sentral beligenhet med kort vei til alt. Restaurant rett uten for døren, butikker ca. 30sek og stranden 10min gange unna. Merk at det er mulig å bestille solstoler på nett om mann ønsker det. En stort rom med dobbelseng og et litt mindre med to enkle senger. Har også vaskemaskin på badet.

10.0דירת 3 חדרים מקסימה ומתוחזקת נהדר. חלונות אטומים לרעש, התריסים נסגרים באופן חשמלי, אך אין אטימות מוחלטת לאור (לנו לא הפריע) חניה בתשלום נוסף וקרובה מאוד לדירה. קרובה לטיילת ומלא מסעדות. אפשר לטייל ברחובות הפחות מתויירים ולגלות מסעדות טובות יותר. יש שדרה של חנויות בגדים ומזכרות. דירה שווה! תודה ל joao על קבלת הפנים החמה.
− היה חסר לנו נייר טואלט ולא קיבלנו. כנראה יש הקצבה לכמות ואחכ צריך לרכוש באופן עצמאי. המזרונים רכים לטעמנו.
