This apartment is excellent value for money with a host that can’t do enough for you.
8.0We liked that the host was very helpful and friendly. The location really is great. We had everything we needed to cook with there. The WiFi is good, as is the water pressure. The apartment block itself was quiet and clean.
− I only had one issue and it’s just down to personal choice and that was that the bed and sofa were very firm and uncomfortable for me. I hit my back a couple of times on the wooden sofa frame and after the first night, I had to buy an air mattress for the bed. As I said though, this was a personal preference. There were a couple of small things that make the place look tired and I think that it would be worth updating. Especially as it would be little cost involved. They are, the dead plants in the plant pots on the terrace, the sealant around the toilet and the split chair on the terrace.

10.0Very cozy apartment in a good location. The apartment is located in the Slim center, everything is close, the beach is a 10-minute walk away, the beach is excellent, and the promenade is also within walking distance. Special thanks to Ramia for her help and support. She not only answered all our questions but also helped us get to the train station and provided assistance in all aspects. We are very grateful to her and will definitely book the apartment again if we return to Sousse.
Nice and functional, very good value for money!
9.0The3 apartment is spacious, well decorated, clean, adequately furnished and functional. The host is nice and always available for any questions, and she was physically present even for a late check in. Great value for money!
− In some parts of the house we could smell cigarette smoke.
