Cute 2-bedroom basement suite
7.0Cute, 2-bedroom basement suite with private entrance and outdoor concrete patio with bbq and cover over patio furniture. Kitchen facilities with full-size stove and fridge, toaster, kettle and Keurig coffee maker. Basket with water, cookies and pkg soup... great price and lovely neighborhood backing onto trails. Pav and husband very friendly and accommodating. Good price for size. Electric heat controls in each room. Loved the deep tub
− Very extra firm beds, couch too small for laying on or sitting more than 2 people. We booked 4 nights for 4 people, had to ask for enough towels for all, not enough cutlery or water bottles, no soap in shower, only one garbage bag in kitchen... no broom or vacuum... basement suite is not sound proof, heard all crying, talking, walking and sweeping upstairs, so not really peaceful. Patio furniture needs cleaned. We wanted to prepare food, but oven could not be used due to mess left in bottom causing it to smoke! Outdoor patio could use power washer.
Lovely spot and helpful hosts
10.0A wonderful quiet spot in a very green neighbourhood away from the city and very close to nature. The hosts are very helpful and at hand for any extra needs (even recharging a flat car battery - thank you!)

9.0− There didn't seem to be any sugar and milk powder for the coffee.. seemed to have everything else a person would need.
