9.0It had pretty much everything I needed but everything seemed like it had not been used in a very long time. Cutlery had rust on it for example.
− The ants. They are insanely good at finding the smallest piece of food and really fast. I didn't even have time to finish my meal and there would be a few already there.

− The place is not cozy at all. The aircon is small and not functioning well. The comfort room is not well-maintained. The place is not efficiently arranged. The water heater is not functioning also. There are other offers that are worth the pay compared to this place.
