Lovely apartment although the bedrooms are small.
8.0The property was clean and tidy, well located and had parking with electric charging facilities. We were kindly allowed to park the car prior to the check in time.
− The bedrooms were a little small, particularly if you have suitcases.
Modern und komfortabel zentrumsnah und strandnah
10.0Die modern eingerichtete Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt und zum Hafen oder 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zum weißen Sandstrand auf der Insel Giske. Besonders gut fand ich den Außenbereich zum Sitzen und den Parkplatz zur Wohnung und Waschmaschine sowie Trockner im hellen Keller. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und komfortabel.

5.0Nette Wohnung Gute Lage Vermutlich sehr ruhig Gute Ausstattung
− Sämtliche Bilder sind mit einem Weitwinkelobjektiv aufgenommen. Alles wirkt grösser als es tatsächlich ist, auch der Hof mit den Parkplätzen. Wenn hier 4 Autos stehen, ist an ein Rangieren nicht zu denken. Überschattet war unser 4-tägiger Aufenthalt durch laute Strassenbauarbeiten, direkt vor dem Haus und einer Erschwerung der Zufahrt. Wir mussten mit den Arbeitern diskutieren und haben durch Zufall herausgefunden, dass sie die Zufahrt ganz sperren würden. Obwohl diese Arbeiten dem Vermieter schon lange bekannt gewesen sein müssen, informierte er uns erst einen Tag vor der Anreise. Die vorgeschlagene Lösung "parkieren Sie 500 m weit weg in der Aksla-Garage und schleppen Sie ihre Koffer" hätte zu einer Reduktion des Preises führen müssen, weil der hauseigene Parkplatz im Angebot inkludiert ist. Wer hier waschen will und den Wäschetrockner nicht benutzen will, muss 2-3 Tage Anwesenheit einplanen. Die IKEA-Rollläden sind schwergängig, manchmal funktionieren sie, manchmal nicht.
Perfect home away from home
10.0The property was perfect for our stay in Alesund. It was equipped with everything we needed and was super convenient. Location was great. Close to town, places of interest and supermarkets. Provided parking was definitely a bonus.
