A disappointing stay due non-functioning air conditioner, and a complete lack of privacy.

The view was absolutely stunning.

− The biggest issue with our stay was that the air conditioning in our room did not work. I suffer from a hormonal condition that requires me to sleep in a cool room. Without air conditioning, I get very poor quality sleep, so this was not just a matter of comfort. On the first day, we informed the manager about the issue, and we were told that someone would check it. We returned to the hotel about eight hours later, only to be told that the air conditioning was broken. Instead of offering a solution, we were simply given a fan. The most frustrating part is that, had we been informed earlier that the air conditioning could not be repaired, we would have had enough time to find another hotel. Because they waited until the evening to tell us, we had no realistic opportunity to book another room elsewhere. The following day, rather than apologizing or trying to resolve the situation, the response was defensive. We were told that they were not legally obliged to have the air conditioning operating because the outside temperature was below 25°C. This completely misses the point. The hotel advertises air-conditioned rooms. If the air conditioning in a room is broken and unavailable, guests should be informed and offered an appropriate solution, regardless of the weather outside. Another disappointing aspect was the lack of privacy. Our room was located immediately next to the restaurant terrace. Whenever we stepped outside to enjoy the view, we were only a few metres away from restaurant guests, who were constantly looking directly towards our room and seating area. It felt as though we were sitting in the middle of the restaurant rather than on a private terrace, making it impossible to relax or enjoy the outdoor space. Overall, what disappointed us most was not only the broken air conditioning, but also the way the situation was handled.

Wish I had stayed longer - will go back if i get the opportunity.

Absolutely loved the Hotel and the location. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to help. My Wife is vegan and they went out of their way to accommodate her. the room was lovely and the views .... simply amazing.

Εξαίρετο μπαλκόνι, ανακαινισμένο και καθαρό δωμάτιο. Το πρωϊνό πλούσιο αλλά δεν τρελάθηκα. Ίσως το μόνο σημείο με περιθώρια βελτίωσης.
