10.0Incredible hotel. Feels truly luxurious. Rooms are spacious, AC is cold, wifi is solid, the pillows are very nice and comfy and they give you multiple options for which kind of pillow you'd like to use, the pool is absolutely lovely and open 24 hours, the included breakfast is phenomenal, staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating and location couldn't be more perfect.
− Wish the hot tub by the pool was actually warm so it could be enjoyed at night.

− In our booking breakfast was included and to be honest the offenes choice was enormous. Unfortunately upon check out we were charged 1.500 TL for four glasses of orange juice (2 of them botteled, the others fresh made). We expected, that a glass of orange juice is included in breakfast. Nobody told us about extra cost and there wasn’t a published menue. Therfore the remark of your staff „in Turkey that‘s not included“ seemed quite astonishing. However: my wife was sick one day and could not have breakfast the first day. It would have been a really nice move, if these charges simply would have skipped. Scrolling through reviews of other customers it seems interesting, that there sometimes have been issues with kind of unexpected charges.
