Our stay was great, it’s just the little things that let it down

The property was in an excellent location for the sea and the town.

− I didn’t like the layout of all the bedrooms, especially the twin one on its own, also it’s a bit dated, and can not believe you don’t get soap and hand towel in the hall toilet, also there wasn’t enough large mugs for 12 people

Location and views were excellent. Direct access to the sea was great.

− Internal furniture was dated and tired. Towels were small and no pool towels privided. No welcome ameneties provided which was poor (sponges, hand soap, washing liquid, cleaning products, bin liners etc.) Outside slabs on stairs and around pool area cracked or loose. The house only had 3 bedrooms accessible from the main house. Remaining 3 rooms could only be accessed from an external stair (not good for children) Pool area was in shade from mid afternoon which was a shame.

Great location, excellent access to a beautiful beach, close to restaurants etc.

− The location is very good, however in this price range, a lot of ‘basics’ and ‘the little extra’ was completely lacking. Eg dishwasher not working (inconvenient with lots of people), no soap in any bathroom on arrival, no garbage bags, lights in the pool did not work, very limited kitchen equipment for cooking etc. We needed to buy absolutely all basics, while we would have expected that at least some of this was in place. This would also have given a much better impression on arrival, at a very limited cost. The interiors were also quite sparse, few outdoor lamps on terrace, no candles, no pillows in sofas etc - that could also be very easily fixed (at a very low cost), and would have given a much better first impression.

We all had an excellent time and I can recommend Casa Ramon without reservation.

In particular the access to the sea and to restaurants. The spaciousness was also a big plus,

− The only thing we didn't like was the inadequacy of towels. One bath towel and and one hand towel per person is insufficient for people who are going to the beach to swim.

Beutiful place, great location. Spacious and great for big families

− Would be nice if there was dishwashing gear, more wineglasses, cutlery’s. There wasn’t even one wine bottle opener.
