10.0The location was fantastic close to everything you need.
Doors difficult to open
5.0The cottage was clean and in a great location.
− The front and back doors were both very stiff and difficult to open. On several occasions, we struggled for an extended period to open the back door so we could let the dogs outside. I texted the owner to mention that the lock appeared to need some WD-40 (or possibly a replacement mechanism?). The owner replied, saying they would get onto it and explained that the door can swell during hot weather. It was particularly warm during our stay, so this may have contributed to the problem. However, after reading the guest book and previous reviews, it appears this has been an ongoing issue that has not been resolved. There were three of us staying at the cottage, and only one person was able to open the back door due to the amount of strength required. Even then, it sometimes took up to 20 minutes to get the door open. This became frustrating and stressful, particularly when we needed to let the dogs outside. It also poses a significant fire safety risk, as it would make it difficult to evacuate the cottage quickly in the event of an emergency.

9.0The area was extremely pet friendly. Prices were reasonable in shops , bars and restauarnts
Pleasant cottage perfectly situated in the centre of medieval Conwy
8.0Excellent, convenient location to enjoy the city centre. Quiet area. Property is nicely maintained and cared for, with thoughtful touches to make the property feel welcoming. The bathroom, kitchen appliances and accessories are all modern and appear to be recently updated. The host is responsive to messages within a reasonable timeframe. Lots of information is prepared for the guests in a convenient book.
− Risers on the stairs to the upper floor are steeper than, and the treads are not as deep as, a standard home staircase. The staircase is typical for an older cottage in a medieval town, and is well maintained. A future guest should expect that.
Perfect little house. Comfortable, homely and I would defo return
9.0Spacious. The garden was nice to be able to sit out. Nice to be able to park outside
− Two of the garden chairs were broken or on their last legs but there was only two of us so we had enough safe ones to sit on. And I’m not sure it was hoovered upstairs as there was bits all over the small bedroom but next to that it was clean. Great communication from the owner, lots of things in case u forgot anything like first aid kits. Shampoos milk/ tea coffee etc. it’s was the relaxing weekend we needed
Excellent position. Quieter than expected
9.0Breakfast? 2 key boxes were confusing on arrival
− As previously mentioned.
