Geen aangename 'medewerking' en 'houding' van bediende Eva !!
3.0− Geen goede afhandeling van een 2 daags internetprobleem dat verwittigd had kunnen worden op voorhand aan alle huurders ,daar het blijkbaar om onderhoudswerken door Magenta Business Team ging,bleek pas achteraf .. De bediende Eva had zogezegd heel veel ander werk te doen en vond het ook niet nodig Mevr.Spiegel op de hoogte te brengen van ons probleem .Bediende Tamara deed echter op onze eerste dag wel wat ze moest doen bij het oplossen van onze check in in een verkeerde woning,nl.Mevr.Spiegel op de hoogte brengen en een oplossing aanbieden ..
Es hat uns gut gefallen und wir würden nochmal buchen.
9.0Helle , saubere Wohnung mit Balkon und sehr guter Lage.
Wir würden trotzdem wiederkommen 😉
7.0Die Lage ist super. Schnelle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Golfplatz in 5min zu erreichen. Balkon super groß, Bad modern. Genügend Staumöglichkeiten.
− In der Küche fehlte uns einiges,z.B. Toaster,Spültücher. Wir mussten eine Kaution von 250 Euro hinterlegen,war vorher nicht bekannt . Es wurde keine Begehung gemacht um evtl. Mängel festzustellen,die bereits vorhanden sind,bei der Kaution wäre das notwendig.
