10.0The hotel is situated in very beautiful grounds, the excellent staff are very warm people who will do all they can to help and the room was very clean. Would recommend coming from May to enjoy the lemon and orange blossom.
− The walls are a bit thin so plan for earplugs and eye masks to block out the light. The price you pay for such a picturesque and truly wonderful hotel !

Bella struttura
8.0Bella la struttura e le camere. La sera abbiamo cenato nel limoneto, molto suggestivo. La colazione viene servita nel giardino proprio davanti alle camere: se ci si trova in camera si sentono i rumori del personale che prepara e serve (stoviglie, voci, ecc.). Forse le stanze andrebbero insonorizzate meglio. Unico suggerimento: forse sarebbe meglio spostare il check-out alle 11. Attualmente è fissato alle 10:30, proprio in coincidenza con la fine della colazione (servita dalle 8:30 alle 10:30). In questo modo gli ospiti avrebbero il tempo di terminare la colazione senza fretta, rientrare in camera per sistemare le ultime cose e uscire con più tranquillità.
− Al momento del check-out c’è stato un piccolo disguido con la reception, risolto però in un attimo. Il check-out è previsto per le 10:30, ma la sera precedente avevamo ricevuto una mail in cui era indicato che dovesse essere completato entro le 12. Per questo motivo, quando ci siamo presentati alla reception alle 12, ci volevano addebitare un sovrapprezzo. Mostrando la mail, il problema si è chiarito subito: si trattava infatti di un errore nella comunicazione inviata dalla struttura. Tengo a precisarlo non per mettere in cattiva luce l’hotel, ma anzi per evitare equivoci ad altri ospiti: il check-out è fissato alle 10:30.
