− The beds were good but we would prefer a firmer mattress. It’s a personal preference.

10.0Everything was excellent! The staff, the location (walking distance with luggage from the train station), the secure beautiful building, the room is fabulous w/a large deck, the walkable, charming street, and the restaurant all exceeded our expectation. This building is only a year old and was built with excellent craftsmanship & modern features. Highly recommend the Terra Hotel Boutique in Tirano, Italy.

− No coffee in the room, not even instant coffee. Had to go outside and walk over to their restaurant for a very limited breakfast.
Tirano two night stay
6.0Location to train station and dining was excellent. Paid parking was convenient.
− Room was extremely hot at night and issue not rectified when reception advised.
