− It was stated that there was electric heating in the rooms, but it couldn’t be used because the main circuit breakers in the electrical panel cut. The air conditioning unit in the living room worked properly to heat that area, but it was not capable of heating the hallway, much less the bedrooms. One bathroom could not be used because there was no water pressure in either the shower or the sink.
