− We had a terrible experience.. we got there from 2 hrs away and we weren't able to get into the house with the pin that we were given. After 45 mins or more of trying to contact the homeowner or booking.com we finally got ahold of the homeowner. But she claimed that she doesn't even have a house on or even work with booking.com. Which is a lie because the house we were at is the same one on the pictures on booking.com. She also claimed she never received payment from booking.com even though the payment and everything went through. I have confirmation numbers and receipts and everything. And after trying and trying for so long to get her to help us and she wouldn't, we had to book 2 hotel rooms for the night just so we had somewhere to stay. It was 100% a scam, and I lost $175 for a night I paid for and never even got to stay at. I tried messaging booking.com for a refund and noone will reply to me. Needless to say, I will not be booking with booking.com again.

9.0− the fan in the room was attached to the same circuit as the light so we couldn't have the fan on when we turned the light off to sleep. a minor inconvenience in an otherwise perfect stay.
