− la cuisine reste sommaire car peu d'ustensiles et de vaisselle. Manque d'information pour le dépôt des déchets lors du départ. Pour 6 personnes un lave vaisselle serait utile. La communication n'était pas facile.

10.0Pięknie położony apartament z widokiem na ocean. 3 duże sypialnie, jedna z garderobą i łazienką. 3 balkony i taras. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona, niczego nie brakuje. Auto można zostawiać przy ulicy, nie ma problemu z miejscem. Bardzo blisko lotniska.

8.0Ausblick auf Santa Cruz fantastisch.
− Vor dem Einchecken mußte eine Kaution in Höhe von 250 € hinterlegt werden. Man konnte dies auch abwenden durch eine einmalige Überweisung von 40 € auf das Konto von Swikly, beauftragt von Lucas Holidays Rentals. Wir haben eine Bestandsaufnahme kurz nach unserem Einzug und vor unserem Auszug getätigt, damit wir dokumentieren konnten, dass wir die Wohnung im vorgefundenem Zustand wieder verlassen. Eine Heizung war im ganzen Objekt nicht vorhanden. Bei den Anfang März herrschenden Temperaturen sehr ungemütlich. Wir haben auf eigene Kosten einen kleinen Heizlüfter angeschafft. Wir haben dies Lucas Holidays Rentals mitgeteilt, es erfolgte aber keine Reaktion.

− Het was winter en toch wat koud binnen zonder verwarming. De inrichting was wat sober en kaal.

8.0Die Aussicht war traumhaft!! Heden Tag Sonne auf mehreren Balkonen.
− Innen eher kühl (waren an Weihnschten) Keine Heizung.
