7.0Lokalizacja, bardzo blisko do Tianmen Mountain. Panie z recepcji bardzo miłe i pomocne. Pokój przestronny z wygodnym łóżkiem.

A beautiful town, but the hotel was terrible.
2.0The only advantage of the hotel was its location.
− The hotel is set up so that each floor contains something different, such as offices, another hotel, etc., which makes waiting for the elevator take a long time. The staff doesn’t understand anything in English and lacks knowledge about bookings made through Booking.com. The included breakfast is a scam—they send you to a nearby restaurant in the morning, where you have to pay for your meal despite having a reservation that includes breakfast. The cleanliness of the room leaves much to be desired.

− I am no sure whether booking.com issue or property issue. I paid extra for breakfast to be included. When I arrived, the property manager told us that they never serve breakfast for guests. Who was not telling the truth here?

− It was really dirty, the shower towels was smelly even when it supposed to be clean, and the breakfast incomplete, doesn't include drinks, fruit and/or bread. Just the main and they serve it cold , without garnish
