10.0I was there on business and whilst I didn't use the base to tour, it is in a perfect location to explore the whole region, being 30mins from Aberdeen and around an hour from Inverness, with a 40 minute run to Banff on the North Coast. It is right on the A96 so you are straight on them main highway. The facilities are fabulous and it was finished to a very high standard. There is nothing to fault with the property at all.

10.0Very tranquil and relaxing. Cosy, comfortable stay, great host and easy check in. Great directions meant it was easy to find.

8.0It was very cosy and nicely decorated.
− The bed is a bit too big for the sleeping area. It was difficult to get round to the other side of the bed to the clothes hanging area as the bed takes up most of the room. Also, it was very cold at night.
