Really lovely
9.0Staying in this cottage was a wonderful experience, especially for someone who isn't from England. It has a lot of character and reflects the local history and atmosphere. We're very glad we chose it. The cottage had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean.

The weather, Exmoor within easy reach, comfortable beds. Quiet location.
5.0The quiet location and the views.
− Designated parking. A less cluttered courtyard to sit in. The smell from the bathroom sink and shower drain were awful, we realize that the cottage is very old and terraced which may mean the drains are interconnected but something needs to be done. The lounge settee is very low and there was no other comfortable seats. The rugs tended to curl up at the ends which could be hazardous for any age.

10.0The Linhay is a beautiful and wonderfully located cottage. Everything inside, from the furniture to the decor, the carpets to the bedding are of exceptional quality. It is perfectly equipped with everything one needs for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The views were stunning and the location equally so. Thank you.
Wonderful cottage for very relaxing stay.
9.0What a find! This was a delightful home-from-home stay in a lovely, fully equipped cottage in real comfort. It was c20 mins walk down the hill into Minehead, so offered a quieter stay with lovely views of the hills. A small seating area in the garden allowed us to make the most of afternoon sunshine and a wonderful log burner was a real treat for evenings in.
− That we hadn’t booked it for longer! The key-safe was a little fiddly to open…but, we got there in the end. Take your own pillow if you don’t like firm pillows.
The Linhay ticked all the boxes. I’d definitely like to stay there again.
10.0It was pretty, it was comfortable and it was exceptionally well equipped. Also the views from the back were lovely.
