10.0Everything was excellent. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location is perfect in the city centre, close to shops and public transport. It was a quiet place, and the communication and check-in process were smooth. I would definitely recommend this place and stay again.

4.0− In der Anzeige wurde in vielen Bewertungen auf den vorhandenen Parkplatz hingewiesen. Deser war jedoch nicht vorhanden. Ob in der Anzeige zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung ein Parkplatz angegeben war, kann ich nicht mehr nachvollziehen. Der Anbieter hat nun den Parkplatz mit dem Hinweis „No parking available“ herausgenommen. Ich hatte mich hingegen darauf verlassen und musste nun hohe Zusatzlosten für das Fahrzeug stemmen. Die vorhandenen Informationen auf Booking waren einfach - ob beabsichtigt oder nicht - irreführend.

− Only issue( very minor) freezer was frozen and drawers couldn’t be opened. I would have put in my freezer packs for return journey. I suspect fridge is too cold,

7.0− bath tub couldn't use ,repaired till 3weeks afterwards. Every two weeks should change the bedding , as deal,but till we emailed to you and than done . just twice during the 6 weeks .

10.0This property was perfect for our weekend in Norwich city centre. We couldn’t have been happier. Great central location, close to the beautiful market square where the old part of the town is located. Many shops, bars and restaurants near by. The property itself was fantastic. Clean, modern and spacious. We loved being able to play some records on the turntable, was a great touch 👌🏻 Would definitely stay again when we return.
