9.0The place was very nice, furnished really well, clean and tidy and very comfortable. Lots of room, a fire which was lovely on a cold evening, a heat pump for easy heating. Communication also was very good.
− The fridge was extremely cold and froze items and we couldn't turn it down due to the panel being broken. Have passed this on directly. Then just some maintenance things to get on top of - nothing major.

− Not enough heating. The fireplace was appreciated but didn’t reach the bedrooms and the one aircon down the hall wasn’t able to heat the big area efficiently.
