1.0− Nie dostaliśmy zarezerwowanego pokoju. Na miejscu wysłano nas do pobliskiego motelu.(i było to planowe działanie właścicieli). Bez dostępu do kuchni/jadalni/lodówki czy choćby czajnika. Rezerwowałam pokój z dostępem do kuchni i z lodówką. Część jedzenia poszła do śmieci, nie było opcji zrobienia kolacji po 12-godzinnej podróży z dzieckiem, ani śniadania, kawy czy herbaty.
