New build that will flourish when they have some form of landscaping other than dozed gravel.
7.0New. Fit our 2 groups.
− We had to switch accommodation quickly so chose this accom for our group of 9. The units are new and clean but basically in the middle of a construction zone where they are surrounded by dozed gravel. They will be lovely but in Dec 25 they were not. Which is why I kinda didn’t like the price. We were stuck though so had to make best of a difficult situation. The owner is lovely but works away so not available sometimes. He tries to think ahead that is appreciated but not ideal.

9.0Se agradece la excelente habilitación de la cabaña en términos de calefacción central, permanente disponibilidad del propietario sin intromisión, pulcritud en aseo y extraordinario paisaje. Tenía a disposición mucho más de lo originalmente ofrecido sumado a su calidez puesto en detalles: las camas hechas y la calefacción encendida al momento de llegar!
− Podría mejorar calidad de almohadas, de sábanas y toallas. Sin embargo ello no opaca lo ofrecido durante la estancia y sólo es una apreciación soslayable en aspectos de confort menor.
Cómoda estadía en un río de Coyhaique
8.0Posee un acceso al río muy bonito. El dueño Javier es muy amable y preocupado. Las instalaciones son cómodas.
− El aire acondicionado es algo débil para el calor que hizo. Es discretamente retirado, lo cual requiere solo acceso con vehículo (no hay locales cerca), pero eso garantiza tranquilidad y seguridad.

− No tenía luz, por lo tanto no tenía agua. El dueño totalmente poco profesional, es chico acalorado pero lo peor es que en vez de solucionar el problema de la luz con un generador se fue al río, nos tuvimos que ir y nos cobró 260.000 pesos igualmente. Un Chanta
