The views are epic. Many details were provided in the kitchen and bath. It’s a good location for driving around the lake and even to bergamo and Milano.

− The shower door needs updating/ replacing. There were also only a couple cups for drinking water etc

The view is fantastic! It was easy to get to. You need to climb up about 2 floors stairs outside and then another 2 floors inside the building to get to the flat, but the stairs are wide enough and sturdy. No lift. It's quiet, easy to get to supermarkets and places to eat. There's everything you need inside the apartment, apart from WiFi which probably comes from the neighbours because there's no router in the flat and the signal is very weak, available only in a corner of the house. We only had one and a half rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 4 nights, so we had to add the stress of going to the shops during opening hours to buy toilet paper. We asked for some toilet paper, as well as the balcony furniture, as there wasn't any, and they brought some newly bought furniture (no extra toilet paper). A duvet had a big stain on it, and the table cover was very sticky - the €60 cleaning tax was not justified. We informed the managers about all this. There were some chipped cups as well. There's an inventory contract you need to sign online after you book, but not everything that was on the list was in the apartment, and it adds a bit of stress and takes up your time going through the list and the actual items in the house, which is not something you want on your holiday. This was the only place with an inventory we have ever had. The flat is very functional and spacious enough for a family of 4. There are blinds on every window, which makes it cool and dark in the mornings. The area and the views are spectacular, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious enough.

− WiFi is almost non-existent, 2 chipped cups, stained duvet, sticky table cloth, broken chair, not enough toilet paper for the number of people and the length of the stay, no air conditioning so you can't open the blinds during the day because it gets very warm in the summer, inventory (€20 for a corkscrew which was not even there in the first place, but we told the managers about it and there wasn't an issue). If these issues were solved, it would definitely be an exceptional place to stay. It was fine, but there's room for improvement.

A teraszról lélegzetelállító kilátás a 3000 méteres hegyekre és a szomszéd falvakra, a közeli templom haragja változatos dallamokat játszott és a Como-i tó közelsége, annak összes szépségével.

La casa è spaziosa e comoda per 4 persone. Pulizia generale buona al nostro arrivo. Dotata di tutto il necessario (e anche qualcosa in più), con una cucina ben fornita di utensili e persino generi base come olio, sale ecc.. Apprezzata anche la biancheria e i prodotti da bagno a disposizione. Bella vista sulle montagne, ampi balconi e presenza di un garage. Ottima base per visitare i dintorni.

− La casa è un po’ datata e avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione (o ristrutturazione?), in particolare porte e infissi. L’accesso non è comodo: dal parcheggio si devono salire di fatto quattro piani senza ascensore. L’insonorizzazione è scarsa, nonostante fosse indicata diversamente nell’annuncio. Il divano letto risulta piuttosto usurato. Mancano inoltre alcuni dettagli utili, come asciugapiatti, tappetino antiscivolo per la vasca, tappetini in bagno e tende (soprattutto in bagno). Il paese di Maggio offre davvero poco.

− Balcony was not cleaned, hard to balance hot/cold water, water tap for kitchen is very hard to open.
