− היה המון רעש מהיחידה הצמודה (שהיא גם מלמעלה) , אז יש רעש חיצוני שמאד מפריע. וגם הפינת ישיבה בחוץ מאד קטנה ואין טיפה של שמש .

− רק דברים קטנים שניתן לשפר: כניסה דרך המנגל של הצימר השכן, מנוע מזגן של הצימר השכן צמוד למרפסת שלנו, במקלחת אין וו לתלית הטוש וצריך להחזיק ביד, רשת בדלת הזזה בחדר השינה לא נסגרת עד הסוף (ויש יתושים), נעילת הדלת כשיוצאים לא נוחה.
