Poor customer service, waited almost an hour outside, underwhelming room facilities.

Location was decent and according to the description.

− 1. Check-in problem and lack of communication/support availability - My family had to wait outside of the door for almost an hour during check-in. Although they were already in the building, it was really cold without heaters and they had to wait almost an hour to get into their room, because there were 2 doors that needed access keys, but we were only given the code for one door (the inner room door). They tried to contact the number that was written in the email and in the description page, but nobody picked up or responded for more than 30 minutes. Only after I (the booker) noticed the problem, I contacted them via booking.com and somebody responded, but they didn't do anything to help despite saying that they will help. My family was able to get inside their room with the help of another guest next door. - The contact person was not very friendly or willing to help either. No response from the number provided in the email, and after almost an hour waiting, they gave us another number, which we could call. But the person wasn't very friendly or helpful. They said they'll resend the other door code to the booker's email (which is my email) but refused to talk to me (the booker) because they already are in contact with my family (the ones staying), saying "it's not in our interest to talk to you". I ended up not receiving any more emails about the door code. 2. In-room facilities not properly functioning. This is a direct review from my family who stayed: - The toilet/bathroom stinks - The heater was working but poorly. It was still cold inside the room that my family had to wear layers of clothing throughout the night. - The stove didn't work properly, couldn't be used for cooking. Initially my family didn't notice the child lock, so they weren't able to turn it on, but even after releasing the child lock, the stove won't turn on (it turned on briefly then immediately off again).

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und ausreichend eingerichtet für einen Kurzaufenthalt von zwei Tagen. Die Möbel waren harmonisch ausgewählt

− Das Apartment liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, man hört den Verkehr auch bei geschlossenem Fenster.

Good location, very close to the city center, and also easy to reach other places, nice apartment, easy to check in, possible to park on the street in front. Overall great and recommend

− Could be net on the window, and day curtains as the window had to be with blinds all the time. Need to find parking as in front of the apartment on the street for free is only on weekend

Es war sauber. Bettwäsche, Handtücher. Klopapier war da.

− Wir mussten bei anderen Mietern klingeln um ins Haus zu kommen. Das geht gar nicht ! Die Info welchen Klingelknopf wir drücken sollten bekamen wir erst 1 Tag später nachdem ich eine Email, eine SMS und nochmals angerufen hatte... das ist ein Versäumnis, das auch ein sehr schlechtes Licht auf booking.com wirft !
