The renovation doesn't match the photos. We only came to the villa overnight because our time in Bali was short and
5.0− We noticed cracks in the walls and floor and mold, and the door fell off due to cracks in the toilet on the first floor, the manager blamed us after our departure, although we reported the incident in advance! I'm asking for help regarding what happened. The video shows cracks. When we moved in the first night and were filming for ourselves, the door was hard to open, so we didn't go there, we only went to the second floor to use the restroom.

Es war so schön das ich hier sofort einziehen wollte..:)*
9.0− Es gibt grundsätzlich so gut wie nichts auszusetzen. Es gab ein bis zwei kleine Dinge die aber umgehend am nächsten Tag behoben worden sind. Alles in Allem war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in dieser Villa und einfach perfekt für 1- 2Pärchen. Was ich vielleicht noch anmerken wollen würde ist, wenn das Wetter abends richtig regnerisch und schlecht ist fehlte mir persönlich ein TV. Gut,man sollte meinen den würde man nicht brauchen aber bei 2 starken Regentagen könnte ein wenig Unterhaltung abends nicht schaden. Ich kann alles in allem sagen. Wir waren wirklich begeistert und ich werde diese Villa unserer Familie und Freunden auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit :)*

10.0Loved the Villa size was great. Decor was beautifully done. Pool area perfect. As a regular to bali it is one of the nicest in canguu we have found. We would of stayed longer if there was a TV as an option. Please put a tv on and give us an option. We will definitely return if a tv goes in.
The villa is subject to renovation and complete restoration, not for rent.

− Disgusting villa. Very old, miserable. Dirt centuries old, as if no one ever cleans there, Old worn out linen and towels. Dirty wrinkled curtains with stains. Terrible smell. Old dishes. Dead, dried up plants. Dirty windows with a layer of dirt and dust. The villa needs repair. With great effort, I processed the cancellation of the reservation and a refund.
