− отвратительные номера, ничего не работает, ужасно жарко и влажно, кондиционер не справляется, столовая на улице, пляжа нет.

10.0Близкое расположение к морю, тихо, спокойно, уютно, всегда есть все что необходимо. Очень отзывчивый персонал и владелец отеля всегда готов помочь. Приезжаю сюда уже 4 раз и каждый раз я в восторге.

1.0I didn't like anything about the facility. The service and staff were terrible
− approach to the customer. they can't speak English and it's a problem to service if they need to explain something. Food is terrible.

9.0For a 3 star hotel in Turkey it was generally in line with expectations. Staff were working hard to deliver a good service. Food was basic, but their Shef managed to give it a fresh twist every day. Respect. With the options given he did a great job. Strong Wi-Fi everywhere. Good price-quality ratio.
− Cleaningness needs improving. Floor corridors were visibly not up to standard. Linen changed not every day. We had lifted a bed to get something that went under..... That was not nice. The shelf for toiletries was broken off completely, missing on arrival. Satellite channels were there but on tiny CRT (old big belly) TV With a signal quality from 90s). Wifi is not free, safe locker box too. So "All inclusive" concept was more like " Almost all inclusive ", for the price - passable.
