7.0Ausstattung ist gut und teilweise modern gestaltet. Internet vorhanden. Teilweise Fliegengitter vorhanden um zu Lüften 2 Wc's bei 9 Personen einfach Top.
− Leider hat der Keller einen Wasserschaden, die Wände sind einen Meter hoch feucht und es müffelt extrem leider kann man dort die Betten nicht nutzen. Nach der sehr netten Kontaktaufnahme mit der Vermieterin, wurde uns die Wohnung darüber Angeboten. Somit war alles fast wieder in Ordnung. In der Wohnung darüber konnte man leider den unteren Balkon nur bedingt nutzen. Ein riesiges Wespennest befindet sich unter den Holzbalken am Boden und hunderte Wespen flogen dort ein und aus, desweiteren befinden sich genau darüber im Dachstuhl zwei Vogelnester. Die Duschköpfe sollten mal entkalt werden, die Regendusche macht extreme Geräusche durch Kalkverengung.

− Ograniczona liczba miejsc parkingowych. Sąsiedzi którzy zwracają uwagę na główne rozmowy wieczorem, także widać że mają konflikt z właścicielem mieszkania - najemcą.
