9.0Excellent location for exploring the Northumbrian coast via public transport. Very well positioned and comfortable flat with excellent views over the marina and river mouth. Quiet and convenient for local facilities in Amble.

8.0The apartment was fabulous, décor great and interesting, very comfortable settees, many mod cons and lots of info, views wonderful, location brilliant both for Amble and the area having stayed in the area several times.. Recommended by friend in our village , must thank them.
− The kitchen tap needs attention, some of the furniture is starting to look worn a little with some stains

Comfortable apartment with an amazing view. So much was great but needs a bit of TLC.
8.0Generous, spacious apartment with a stunning view. Lift access and parking right next to the entrance, perfect for a relaxing stay with my elderly mum. Level street access to everything on offer in Amble.
− Some repairs needed. Leaky balcony and cracks/damp at the top of the patio doors. Think the boiler also needs some attention as consistent hot water was difficult to obtain. Although a lot of the apartment was spotless, deep cleaning really needed in some areas- cooker hood, sofa, en-suite shower, door lintels. Maybe we were just a bit unlucky and this had already been scheduled for after our stay.
