8.0Young girl on reception on friday evening was so helpful and friendly. I also needed to call the emergency number as reception was closed and my question waa dealt with quickly Quiet , had a reallu hood sleep
− Nothing but I just used as a base for sleeping so cant rate any other facilities

5.0The only thing I liked was the clean bed sheets and the ping pong table. Bread and butter available for toast in the morning.
− An outside activity centre with no activities. The lack of staff. Not one person even had the decency to welcome us or say hello face to face the whole time. We didn’t know what kitchen to use? The one in the games room or the other one ? The only thing provided for breakfast was bread and butter and jam . No fresh fruit as advised. The games room badly needs a good revamp and deep clean everything was old and tired and like walking into the 90s. I couldn’t sit on any of the furniture and they have a cheek to ask you to pay for the pool tables. Who even carries 50p pieces? So my son was let down after seeing them online. The pics online must have been taken at least 10 years ago it does not look like that now!

10.0Breakfast was great - just what we needed before a day of fieldwork. All the staff were so friendly and helpful - nothing was bother. Recommendations given for local places to eat and room info sent before hand, so we knew where to go.

8.0Location is perfect as a base for hikes, and getting sandwiches at the Sandwich Station. personnel very friendly. Rooms are simple but effective
