Good location, whole house available, privacy, fast wifi, size of space

− The lights in the kitchen don't work, the fridge is dirty and stinks, the kitchen is uncleaned and has worms from old food left behind.

booking.com, pls blacklist this property for very bad and uncaring services. your image is impacted

we were a group of 10 people with 3 seniors and 1 child, 2 couples, 2 teenage girls. i booked on 9.12 for 21-23.12 and got confirmed.

− > on 17.12, owner(Annie) informed about a booking conflict. caretaker (Melai) accepted in-person booking for 22.12. Annie gave us options to cancel or move to other dates. i said it wasn't possible. eventually, Annie cancelled the conflicted booking > at arrival, gate was LOCKED and nobody greeted us on the agreed arrival time. knocks on the gate, rings on the doorbell, calls to Melai in the 2 phone #s given, updates to Annie in booking.com, all NO REPLY. i asked help from neighbors and soon many people from the streets helped. finally, 1 stranger pointed to a place. i took a tricycle and found Melai with key more than 1 hour after arrival time. meanwhile,the 9 other people waited in 2 cars with engine on for the aircon (A/C) to cool themselves during the search. Annie didn't apologize, didn't care at all for the inconvenience > as advertised (in foto) the facility is a 3-bedroom house. fact is, the house has only 2 bedrooms and a separate hut outside the house with a bed for 2, no A/C. 1 bedroom has small A/C unit, the 2nd bedroom has no A/C. however there is a hole between 2 bedrooms and an exhaust fan for the cool air from the A/C room to reach the non-A/C room. as advertised, the 3rd room has 6 futon BEDS. i asked Melai where the futon beds and she said no futon beds only mattresses for people to sleep on the floor. all bedrooms have 1 bed each for 2. 4 people were required to sleep on the floor in a living room with small A/C and with no mosquito nets. COMFORT became an issue especially for the 3 seniors and 1 child > we decided to find a new place. Melai said i could apply for refund, just explain situation to Annie. i sent a refund request stating inconvenience and discomfort > on 22.12, Melai confirmed there were accepted guests from 22.12. Annie didn't want to refund while accepted new guests on our reserved dates. early on 23.

Loved it for the price, and location. Great atmosphere but too much rain in Sipalay for me

This was the hardest part as their are no street signs in Sipalay, but we asked people and they helped us find it.

− Extra water, needs better drainage and water proofing as well as moisture and mildew control.

− Naubusan ng gasul kaya di kmi makaluto at first. Kettle is not working and circuit fluctuation on kitchen and cr di kaya kapag sabay bukas ilaw at shower.
