− Despite the high price of the villa, the overall experience was extremely disappointing, mainly due to the very poor service provided by the managing agency, ViviHomes. From the beginning, I was repeatedly asked to pay the security deposit, with constant reminders, even though I had already completed the payment several times. Their payment system was clearly not functioning properly, yet the issue was treated as if it were my responsibility, causing delays in receiving essential information. Upon arrival, I completed the deposit payment again in front of the agency representative. During this process, he made a phone call in my presence to reassure a superior that we were a family and not a party group. While likely well-intended, this was unnecessary and uncomfortable, especially since everything had already been handled correctly. We were also not provided with the access code needed to share entry with the rest of our group. Despite having the physical keys, I only received the code the following day after repeatedly insisting by message. During the stay, there was a storm, and water started entering the villa, including the living room. I immediately shared photos and contacted the agency, expecting someone to come and help us deal with the situation. Although they acknowledged the issue and said they would handle it, no one ever came, and we had to manage the situation ourselves. We also experienced an issue with the sauna. Despite contacting the agency multiple times, we were told repeatedly, “we will look into it,” but nothing was done. It took three days, during which the sauna was unusable, and we eventually had to fix the issue ourselves. In addition, despite the already high cost of the villa, we were charged an extra €40 for a baby cot, which I agreed to. However, I was then repeatedly contacted by messages and phone calls to pay this amount, even though I had clearly stated that I would do so. This level of pressure felt excessive and inappropriate.
