Nice place but careful of add ons.

Key collection was easy and close to accomodation. The place was nice and had pretty much everything we needed. I liked the garden and dining area.

− I did not see anywhere that I would have to pay for linen and for the host to make the beds. I have paid over $600 for two nights and then a couple days later got a message saying I didn't come with linen and that I could bring my own or have the host prepare the bedding for us. As I did not have the linen in the correct size, I paid 50 for linen and towels for each bed, and then a further $65 for them to be made before got there. Which is mad. A real shame because it would honestly be a 10/10 place otherwise. If it had been refundable I would have done so, rather than pay more.

What a well loved property, we loved the quite location the unit was spacious with well appointed features in all of the rooms. A lockup garage with remote is a bonus.

− Optus mobile coverage in the area is rubbish, barely able to get 3G service.

Very well appointed. It’s the little things like S&P, oil, cling wrap and good cooking equipment that make the difference. Location - 10 mins walk from main beach & shops. 3 min walk to Springs Beach where the Mermaids swim every morning.

− Glasses too small. It needs small bowls for breakfast.
