7.0− Moderate cleaning. Very old building. Bathroom smells mold. No connection with internet. It needed to communicate for hours with the owner to fix it.
Lovely hosts and good apartment for exploring
8.0Jonathon was wonderful nothing was to much trouble. The apartment is a great base for exploring especially with a car. It had a fully stocked kitchen. And was clean. There is a lift so you don’t have to carry luggage up the stairs
− It was very hot but Switzerland was experiencing a heat wave so a fan would be good. Take ear plugs if you do go in summer and need windows open as there a lot of noise on the street all night

6.0Spacious apartment, very close to the city center.
− The apartment was not clean on arrival. The kitchen floors were sticky, which made walking barefoot very unpleasant. The kitchen towel was visibly dirty with food stains and burn marks. The dishes were also not properly cleaned. Overall, there were very few kitchen supplies and barely any usable utensils. The sponges and table wipes appeared to have been left over from previous guests and were in poor condition and unpleasant to use due to an unpleasant smell. We were travelling with a toddler who was crawling on the floors the entire time, so the lack of cleanliness was particularly concerning and made the stay very uncomfortable. In addition, the check-out time was listed on the website as 11–12am. However, I was called multiple times while I was at work at around 10 a.m., being told that we were already late for check-out and that we had to bring the key immediately because the cleaning staff was waiting outside. This was stressful and not aligned with the information provided online.
