8.0Good location close to the highway, nicely arranged old building, well equipped kitchens, clean rooms and the entire area, big private parking place and animal friendly location
− That was a confusion with the keys as the booked appartment for 9 persons appeared actually two separate appartments with different locations (1st on the ground floor for 4 people and 2nd on the first floor for 5 people). Thus opening two separate lock boxes was needed and that information was not provided by the host unfortunately. It should also be clearly stated about that room separation from the very beginning as there was no place to seat together as the familly of 9 person in any of the rooms.

5.0Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und hat sofort reagiert auf mein telephone. Die Lage general ist gut.
− wir hätten 2 Appartements, in eine war nicht vorbereitet, das Bett war wie jemand hat dort gerade geschlafen. Da gibt's nicht wirklich die Küche sonder 2 Kochplätze, kein platz wo kann man etwas zum essen vorbereitet kann. Da sind auch schmutzige Kaffeekanne. Die andere Appartement war nicht super bequem, es ist nur ein Schlafzimmer , sonst 2 Doppel Betten waren in Wohn-Esszimmer. die Küche war leider auch nicht super sauber.

8.0Ausgezeichnete Lage. Die Apartments sind sehr gut renoviert und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die Betten waren ausreichend bequem, und in der Dusche standen Pflegeprodukte zur Verfügung. Die Küche im zweiten Stock war gut ausgestattet und bot alles, was man zum Kochen benötigt – inklusive Öl, Salz, Kaffee sowie sogar zwei Kaffeemaschinen. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm. Eine frühzeitige und klarere Information darüber, dass die gebuchten „großen Apartments für zwei Familien“ aus zwei separaten Wohnungen bestehen, hätte jedoch zur besseren Orientierung beigetragen.
− In der Wohnung im Erdgeschoss war zeitweise ein Abwassergeruch wahrnehmbar; zudem ist das WC nicht mit einer Tür, sondern mit einem Vorhang ausgestattet.

10.0Departamentos bien equipados, en una zona suburbana, si bien tuvimos una confusión sobre la cantidad de plazas disponibles, la anfitriona respondió enseguida resolviendo el malentendido
− Difícil encontrar el parking, está en la misma cuadra pero a 20 m de la numeración del departamento, poco señalizado
