4.0Very dirty bathrooms and room. Towel are all worn down. Vanity in the bathrooms have stain same with toilet seats. Service quality is also not appreciable, ordered a glass, it took them multiple reminders and over 45 mins to get. Ice bucket did not have any tong so had to use hands to take out ice cubes.

8.0I chose this property because it boasted a swimming pool. When I arrived, I was told it was closed for the winter. I wish they’d told me beforehand. However they upgraded me to a suite. It is a good hotel, a bit soulless but it is situated away from the mayhem that is Central Kolkata. There is good mall nearby and a few decent eateries.

10.0All staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My stay was pleasant. Only problem, bathroom was not kept clean. It’s not up to the promise standard.

8.0Very professional staff. Food is great. Rooms are good but a bit small. Checkout was a bit erratic- had to wait to lot before I got my itemised food bill.
